Our story
DST started in 2019 with a simple observation: talented graduates were leaving university with degrees but no marketable digital skills, while agencies and startups could not fill open roles.
Our first cohort was forty students in a borrowed classroom, learning how to write proposals and win freelance work. Eleven of them earned their first international client within three months. That ratio convinced us the model was worth scaling.
Today DST is a full digital education institute with ten programmes, a faculty of working practitioners and a career services team that follows graduates long after the final assessment.
